Golf Tournament for MDA

 The Slidell Firefighters Association will be holding a golf tournament to benefit Muscular Dystrophy.

The event will be held on

Friday, March 23, 2012 @ 8am

- 120 player limit         - 25 maximum handicap       - 2 man scramble

- Shotgun start             - Range balls provided          - Door Prizes

             Note: Royal Golf Course has gone to soft spikes   

$60.00 entry fee covers green fee, cart, refreshments and 2 Mulligans. 

Deadline for Entry is March 16th

In an effort to make this event successful, we are in need of hole sponsorships, ditty bag stuffers, gift certificates, etc. If you can assist us in any way, please contact us to arrange for pick-up or contributions may be mailed to the above address (ATTN: MDA TOURN.). Your consideration and assistance is GREATLY appreciated!

 The sponsorship of a hole is as follows: 

• Gold Sponsorship - $300.00 - We will allow only one sponsor sign to be placed on a gold sponsored hole.
• Silver Sponsorship - $200.00 - We will have only 2 sponsor signs per hole on a silver sponsored hole.
• Bronze Sponsorship - $100.00 - Multiple sponsor signs will share bronze sponsored holes.

 The tremendous success of this event is the result of your generosity.  Every donation contributes to our success, and is tax deductible.  The morning of the golf tournament, each player will receive a list of sponsors who have made donations to the tournament.

 To better organize the event, we ask that donations and pledges be received by March 16, 2012.
